Overview
Operational risks aligned with the NSQHS Standards are identified through the Western Health Operational Risk Register and placed on the Live Best Care site.
These risks are regularly reviewed by aligned clinical committees and/or Fab 5 multi-disciplinary teams and updated. Any new risks are discussed and added to the risk listing.
