NSQHS Std 3 Practice Summary & Year in Review

Six monthly WH Practice Self-Assessments are completed against each NSQHS Standard.

These assessments describe WH practice against the NSQHS Std criteria, and how this practice is monitored, reported and improved.

Assessment information is used to inform improvement reporting in publications such as the WH Quality Account and opportunities for further practice improvement.
