Maximise your tax donations today
Make your donation before 30 June
Every day we provide health care to people in the hospital and in the community. But we know that patient care doesn’t just happen in the hospital.
This tax appeal, we’re fundraising to provide care packs to patients to help them when they need it most.
Donations can help to;
- Provide clothing and essential items to an injured and scared patient who can’t return to an unsafe home – so they can seek emergency accommodation
- Provide someone facing cancer with a pack of items – that will help them with the side effects of their treatment
- Provide a hip guard to protect an elderly patient who is at high risk of a fall – to prevent them from severely hurting themselves and avoid a lengthy hospital admission
Donate today WHF | Give back this tax time | Western Health Foundation (whfoundation.org.au)
All donations over $2 are tax deductible

Make a Difference to Patients in Greatest Need
Staff Giving is for staff at Western Health who want to make a difference in the lives of patients who are experiencing extreme financial disadvantage and hardship.
From as little as $2 a fortnight (pre-tax), you can provide practical help to patients to meet their most basic needs. Many go without what most of us take for granted – household essentials, utilities and, in some cases, even items that help alleviate the discomforts associated with a chronic or terminal illness.
When you donate via Staff Giving you too will benefit from:
- knowing that 100% of your donation will go to support those patients in greatest need
- automatic fortnightly payroll deductions
- spreading the cost of your donation across the year
- the convenience of donating via Maxxia with no need to keep receipts
