Please share your views to help us improve!

Each year the Victorian Public Sector Commission runs the independent People Matter Survey.

It provides you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions anonymously on the things that Western Health does well and the areas where we can improve.

Whilst we like to inject a little fun into the survey with our cartoon images, giveaways and prizes, there is a serious side to the survey.

Western Health is provided with de-identified feedback from staff, so that we can take action to address any potential issues and continue to build a positive workplace and culture.

In the past, the feedback from you resulted in direct action, including initiatives to improve engagement, psychosocial safety, wellbeing, and leadership management capability development. I also give you my continuing commitment to read all of the free text comments.

As a result of the feedback from the 2022 survey, we are developing new policies to address fatigue management and flexible work options.

The survey takes 20 minutes to complete, and you have until November 17 to have your say.

You can track our progress on our dashboard.

Start your survey by clicking here.

Or scan the QR code below on your phone.

The survey has strict rules to protect employee privacy and anonymity. Find out more here.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Scott Peterson: scott.peterson@wh.org.au, 0401 357 575 or visit our Westerly FAQ page.

Your participation in the survey is voluntary, however, I’d like to hear from as many staff as possible.

Every survey helps us shape the future of our workplace.

Thank you.
