Whether you work on the frontline, or in a non-clinical role, we all have a crucial role to play in delivering Best Care to our community.
This month Western Health wants to acknowledge our administration professionals.
Our Administrative Assistants, Emergency Department Clerks, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and Ward Clerks work diligently behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of our health service.
I’d like to thank our administrative staff for the way they support their fellow employees, and our patients and their families.
Their dedication, expertise, and professionalism underpin the high-quality patient care Western Health provides to the community.
Whilst their work may not always be visible, it’s incredibly valued.
As a small token of our appreciation, we invite our administration professionals to collect a limited-edition Western Health USB wireless phone charger for their desk today (May 10, 2023) from one of our pop-up stalls.
The gifts can be collected at the following locations:
Footscray Hospital: 10.30-am-11.30am – Ground floor opposite the security office
Sunshine Hospital: 10.30am-11.30am – Ground floor opposite the pharmacy
Gifts will be handed out to staff at the following locations:
- Williamstown Hospital
- Melton Health Hub
- Bacchus Marsh Hospital
- Sunbury Day Hospital
- Western Health Braybrook Corporate Campus
- Central Park Kitchen (CPK)
Finally, I’d like to encourage all staff to consider taking a moment to show their gratitude to our administrative staff for their contribution, not just in May, but every day.
