One of the highlights for me on the Western Health events calendar is happening next week, the fabulous INSPIRE Awards.
These Awards are a wonderful way to recognise and celebrate the great staff and volunteers we have at Western Health, whose actions promote a positive workplace culture and inspire us to live our values of compassion, accountability, respect, excellence and safety.
What’s special about the INSPIRE Awards is recipients are nominated by peers, colleagues, volunteers, patients and their families – often as a way of saying thank you to the individuals and teams who have made a very real difference to them.
Please join me and event co-host Sandy Schutte – Executive Director People, Culture and Communications – for our live-streamed presentation next Wednesday 15 November from 3 to 4pm when we’ll announce INSPIRE Awards recipients, Inspirational Stories and the winner of the Chief Executive’s Workplace Award.
