One of my favourite Western Health events – the annual Inspire Awards – is coming up next Tuesday 18 October.
Live-streamed from 3-4pm, the Inspire Awards recognise and celebrate staff and volunteers whose actions promote a positive workplace culture and inspire us to live our values of compassion, accountability, respect, excellence and safety.
Award recipients are nominated by peers, colleagues, volunteers, patients and their families – often as a way of saying thank you to the individuals and teams who have made a very real difference to them.
Please join me and event co-host Sandy Schutte – Acting Executive Director People, Culture and Communications – for our live-streamed presentation in which we’ll announce the recipients of the Inspire Awards, Inspirational Stories and the winner of the Chief Executive’s Workplace Award.
