Reporting concerning behaviours

Empowir is the Western Health program that allows staff to confidentially report concerns about behaviours – bullying, harassment, discrimination – either directed at them or that they’ve seen others subjected to. These behaviours have no place at Western Health and you should feel empowered to use Empowir if you witness them.  Find out more on the staff intranet.
