Transition of Mental Health & Wellbeing to Western Health

Western Health is working with our partners, communities and consumers to drive the planning, establishment and development of mental health and wellbeing services.

The recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System is leading to the transition and integration of these services, both clinical and non-clinical within Western Health. This work will build on the planning for disaggregation and the transformation of services across all settings of care.

Aim:

Support the mental health transition project, with a focus on nursing professional requirements and safe and quality requirements in readiness for transition.
