Nursing & Midwifery Directorate sponsor a wide range of programs designed to develop our managers and leaders, irrespective of where they are in their career. We also have programs designed to support, develop and enhance our clinical leaders in their roles.
The programs scheduled for 2025 are:
- Associate Unit Managers – supported by our Advancing Clinical Leadership program and AUM Masterclass Series
- Unit Managers – supported by our Clinical 2 Manager program and Unit Manager Masterclass Series
- Clinical Nurse/Midwife Consultants – supported by our Advanced Practice Clinical Leadership Forum
- Nurse Practitioners and NP Candidates – supported by our Nurse Practitioner Clinical Leadership program
