Food retailer survey now open – Sunshine, Footscray and Williamstown

Western Health is currently conducting a customer satisfaction survey, open to all patients, staff and visitors to our Footscray, Sunshine and Williamstown sites who have used our on-site food retail services over the past six months.

Separate surveys are bring conducted for each site – here are the links to each survey:

The survey will run for 2 weeks and we will use your feedback to work with our retail partners at Footscray, Sunshine and Williamstown Hospital sites. Patients, staff and visitors may complete a survey for any site at which they have been a customer of one of our retail food service partners.
