Our vision of Best Care is to provide person-centred, co-ordinated, right and safe care for every patient, every time, everywhere. Delivering Best Care within the complexity of our health system is not always easy. We would like to recognise the provision of Best Care by the entire team on 2H, and share the words of praise from Tuy and her family.
To all the fantastic staff (doctors, nurses and allied health staff) on Ward 2H,
Thank you so much for your compassion and care for our mum Tuy – we can only imagine how difficult it must have been during the lock down. Our mum consistently praised the staff for demonstrating the utmost respect, patience and attentiveness to her needs, and we are immensely grateful.
We are blessed to have our mum Tuy find her feet again on your ward.
