A combination of joint mobility, stretching and breath to get you back in your body and to rinse out any of the day’s stress.

Di is an experienced yoga, iRest meditation and pilates teacher. With over 12 years of teaching. and originally coming from a background steeped in science, she trained as a Pharmacist and practiced as a community Pharmacist for over 25 years. She uses her love of science, somatic sensing and anatomical background to create playful creative sequence that result in strength, stretch and release, with a focus on the breath.From the beginner to the more experienced, regardless of the class, you’re bound to leave her classes a little calmer.

Session format

All you need is enough space to roll out a mat. Please join the session a few minutes before the start time. We encourage you to keep your cameras on so Di can engage with you. Your sound will be muted.
