This class takes the best of vinyasa to create a solid foundation. The poses will flow from breath to breath, enabling you to connect mind and body. Take the modifications or step it up a level to increase the heat in the body.

Di is an experienced yoga, iRest meditation and pilates teacher. With over 12 years of teaching. and originally coming from a background steeped in science, she trained as a Pharmacist and practiced as a community Pharmacist for over 25 years. She uses her love of science, somatic sensing and anatomical background to create playful creative sequence that result in strength, stretch and release, with a focus on the breath.

From the beginner to the more experienced, regardless of the class, you’re bound to leave her classes a little calmer.
