Rohan Vaughan

Rohan joined Western Health in September 2020.  He has had a diverse career, with a number of senior leadership and project roles. He has extensive experience in nursing and worked in the health sectors of acute and sub-acute services in Australia and the UK.  His experience extends to the development and implementation of innovative models of care, new service models, clinical governance and complex change management. He was a key leader in the Olivia Newton- John Cancer & Wellness Centre capital and transition projects.

Rohan has a Post Graduate Diploma of Advanced Nursing in Cancer & Palliative Care (Latrobe University) and a Master of Health Management (University of NSW).

Rohan has a passion for consumer engagement, and through his varied career he has used the combination of his nursing and corporate knowledge to focus on delivering patient-centred, high quality, sustainable services to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
