Nicole joined Western Health in May 2017 for her current role as Director of Nursing & Midwifery. Nicole completed her general nurse training at the Alfred Hospital and her Bachelor of Nursing at RMIT.  Nicole has a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing – Critical Care (Latrobe University/Alfred Hospital) and a Masters of Health Management Services (Monash University).

Nicole has held various nursing roles in both Australia and overseas and has an extensive and varied clinical background including trauma ICU, neurosurgery and oncology. Before commencing at Western Health, Nicole worked in leadership roles at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Eastern Health and Northern Health.

At Western Health Nicole is the site Director of Nursing and Midwifery for Williamstown Hospital and provides professional leadership for the  Emergency Medicine & Intensive Care Services, as well as Access & Patient Flow. Her professional portfolios include NSQHS Standard 4 ‘ Medication Safety  Nicole has particular interests in creating contemporary environments that are patient centred, highly satisfying for nurses and deliver great outcomes. Nicole is very proud to be a nurse is often seen in her scrubs on wards working alongside nurses.
