Lisa Gatzonis is an experienced health care leader, administrator and educator having worked in senior management roles in both public and private health care settings across Australia. Lisa is passionate about ensuring we have a sustainable workforce for the future and promoting adaptable approaches to meet our organisational nursing workforce needs.

Holding a Masters of Health Science (Education) & Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing (Critical Care), Lisa has a strong background of demonstrating a keen focus on supporting the integration of our nursing colleagues into the workplace with various career pathways and progression options and exploring innovative opportunities and workforce models to achieve this.
