The first Wellbeing Pulse Survey of 2024 is now live.

This survey has been designed specifically by Western Health for Western Health to check in with employees and see how the organisation is doing from a mental health and wellbeing perspective.

By checking in on staff regularly, Western Health leaders can understand staff wellbeing and identify where supports are needed to foster a healthy work environment.

Participation in the survey also helps measure the impact of actions taken based on previous surveys, and enables the continuous improvement of initiatives that support workplace wellbeing.

While participation in this survey is voluntary, everyone is encouraged to take just 3 minutes of your time to provide feedback.

Unlike previous surveys, this one does not include a free text question. But don’t forget that any improvement ideas or issues can be submitted through the recently launched Getting Rid of Stupid Stuff (GROSS) initiative.

Results from previous Wellbeing Pulse Surveys can be viewed here, and the work underway addressing the issues highlighted in previous surveys is available on Sharepoint.

The Survey is now open, and will close on Friday 28 June. Complete the Survey here.
