Western Health’s Pharmacy is undertaking an annual Ward Pharmacy Service Nursing Feedback survey.
Pharmacy is keen to hear from nurses and midwives on their thoughts on what is going well, and what things they can look towards changing in the future.
For this year’s survey is seeking feedback on the operational aspects of the Pharmacy service, including how you view clinical pharmacists in their direct patient facing roles. These results of the survey will help inform future directions for the Pharmacy service.
The survey is now open and available until midnight January 21 2022. It can be accessed via this link.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete
Pharmacy is encouraging responses to be honest and transparent.
