Our Organisational Development team will be conducting an upcoming series of focus groups with our nurses and midwives. This follows the Pulse Survey, which had a high response rate, where the results showed that our staff have been feeling overextended for a sustained period of time, with staff being more likely to report feelings of stress.
The focus groups for nurses and midwives over the next month will be held on:
- Sunshine Wednesday 22 March from 2-3pm
- Footscray Thursday 23 March from 2-3pm

The purpose of the focus groups is to engage staff and identify preventative actions that can be co-designed to serve as protective measures from burnout and increase psychosocial safety.
