The Department of Health’s survey is open to all workers across health and mental health until Sunday, 16 October 2022.
The survey is available HERE.
It takes approximately 10 mins to complete the health section, and an additional 10 minutes to complete the mental health section. Participants can opt out of the mental health and wellbeing section if it does not apply.
