Research Week 2024:
It was wonderful to celebrate the high caliber of nurse and midwife-led research being undertake at Western Health during Research Week. This year the Nursing & Midwifery Research session will be held on Thursday 10 October 2024 between 2:00 – 4:00pm in the Sunshine Hospital Auditorium.
This year our new Chair of Nursing Professor Rochelle Wynne will be our keynote speaker, and we will also be bestowing our annual Nursing & Midwifery Research Grants at the session. Come along to hear from your colleagues on the fantastic nurse-led and midwife-led research being undertaken here at Western Health.
Interested in presenting your research at the Nursing & Midwifery session or submitting a poster?
This year we have two types of presentations available, oral and poster presentations. As an incentive, this year we are delighted to announce there will be a $250 prize for the best oral presentation and $250 for the best poster presentation. Please submit an abstract outlining your work by email to [email protected] prior to 20 September 2024. E-Posters are to be provided as PDF file to be uploaded by 4 October 2024 for viewing and voting.
