The Western Health Foundation is excited to announce that registration is officially open for the WalkWest Virtual Landmarks Challenge 2022.
This November, we’re challenging you to a marathon effort of 42kms in 21 days while fundraising to support our patients in Melbourne’s west. The virtual event will run from Wednesday 9 November through to Wednesday 30 November.
WalkWest provides a great opportunity to create a team with your colleagues, grab some fresh air during your lunch breaks and challenge other Western Health teams – all while fundraising for your patients, your work mates and your community.

We’ve got some great spot prizes and incentives to encourage you on your fundraising journey. To kick things off – if you register before 31 October you’ll go in the draw to win either an AppleWatch SE, a Nespresso coffee machine package or a food hamper.
Everyone loves some friendly competition so the Top Fundraising trophy will be awarded to the Western Health team who fundraises the most (plus you’ll also receive bragging rights for the year to come).
We understand that the care you provide as staff extends beyond the hospital doors and the Foundation plays a key role ensuring that we can support people through often the most difficult times of their lives. Last year the money you helped to raise launched our cancer care packs for our day chemotherapy patients.
Your involvement this year will help us to support more of our patients and their families. The more we raise through events like this, the more we can help.
