Access to the RosterOn application was temporarily impacted yesterday due to an incident with the Western Health IT network and servers.

Some managers were subsequently unable to access RosterOn to update rosters and pay lock for the N pay period ending Sunday 21 May 2023 by the usual deadline.

For areas where the pay lock process was not able to be completed, People and Culture contacted managers to request confirmation of hours for the fortnight for staff.

Our DTS team worked overnight and have been able to resolve these issues and subsequently restore access to RosterOn.

As of earlier this morning, pay-locking is now complete, and the payroll export and processing has commenced for those on the N pay run.

Employees on the N pay run may experience a small delay in receiving their pay for the fortnight. It is anticipated the delay will be limited to half a day at most. We will continue to work with the payroll team to minimise the impact of payroll processing timelines.

Please advise your manager should you require support to escalate with People and Culture if required.
