Western Health considers the health and wellbeing of our employees of the utmost importance. This pulse survey is about checking in with you, to see how you are travelling at work.
This survey will take 2-3 minutes only to complete and will provide us with a snapshot of how our organisation is doing from a health and wellbeing perspective.
Please note participation in this survey is voluntary and all results are de-identified. Once completed all results will be analysed and used to inform further actions Western Health can implement to support the health and wellbeing of our employees.

The survey will open on Wednesday 29th of September and remain open until Friday 8th October. We will provide you all with the results shortly after.
