The People Matter Survey 2022 closes in just two days!
You have until Friday October 28 at 11:59pm to have your say.
The three divisional teams leading the Great Response Rate Race are: Allied Health, People, Culture and Communications and Bacchus Marsh and Melton.
Not only are the teams helping shape our health service, they are vying for the chance to win a cool prize being turned into cartoon characters.
It’s a tight contest, but plenty of time to turn it around!

Thirteen lucky staff have won a range of prizes, including: endota spa vouchers and hampers. Among the winners were: Mayumi Asuncion, Sonia Smith, Akila Rankin, Danika Janus, Lisa Wilkinson, Sandra Creek and Ewen McRae.

Responses from previous surveys led to: new wellbeing supports, enhanced employee and patient safety and helped drive feedback and recognition initiatives.

The People Matter Survey is an independent survey run by the Victorian Public Sector Commission.
It provides staff with an anonymous way to share their experiences about: wellbeing, job satisfaction, diversity and inclusion and work-related stress.
